WHILE CLAIRE IS IN A CRITICAL CONDITION, ARRIVAL OPENS LEGAL INVESTIGATION
Teyssier brings the entire teaching team together to tell them bad news. Claire’s condition did indeed deteriorate overnight and she had to have surgery. In view of the circumstances, the director of the institute decides to suspend classes until Monday. However, he decides to maintain the double A service and calls in the brigade scheduled for the afternoon shift.
Although he is aware of the condition they are in, Teyssier asks his students to maintain the service out of respect for customers who have reserved. As Tom objects, Emmanuel reminds them that they are a brigade and therefore a team. A brigade does not bow to him and does not complain. Finally, the students agree to cook, as does Emmanuel, who stays in the kitchen to help his son because they are understaffed.
In the hospital, Louis and Charlène are at Claire’s bedside. The doctor then explains to them that they urgently needed to operate on Chef Guinot because a brain hemorrhage turned out to be compressive. For now, they are keeping her in an artificial coma to protect her brain and are unable to comment on her vital prognosis. The following hours are therefore decisive. Upset, Louis collapses in Charlene’s arms.
Salomé, for her part, still feels responsible for the accident and fears she will never get over it if something happens to Chef Guinot. To reassure her, Axel tries to make it clear to her that the building was probably vulnerable, then reassures her that she has nothing to do with it. At the same time, Eliott and Greg walk into the park, thanking Salomé and Axel for handling the situation so well in panic. And to specify that all students know they owe them a large candle.
Meanwhile, Captain Brassac announces to Rose and Guillaume that the prosecution has decided to open an investigation into the accident at the ball. The gendarme will therefore have to question both the participants and the organizers to understand what happened before and during the party. To start, Brassac auditions for Rose, Guillaume and Jasmine.
Later, Louis arrives on full duty and criticizes Teyssier for making the decision to leave the restaurant open while his mother is in a coma. While the principal explains that he did this to keep the students entertained, Louis thinks it is just for his own little personal glory.
Leaving the kitchen, son Armand meets Jasmine and tries to figure out why a police officer hangs out at the institute. The young woman therefore tells him that an investigation has been opened and that he wanted to question her because she was the organizer of the ball before Salomé took over. Not only did she check the building’s safety standards, but the disco ball was her idea. So she openly accuses her rival of responsibility for this terrible accident.
Without waiting, Louis goes to his ex-wife and accuses her of being responsible for the accident, but above all of being the cause of his mother’s condition. If Salomé doesn’t let it go, she can also count on Axel who doesn’t hesitate to defend her. An attitude that Louis and Jasmine don’t like that makes him realize he’s so blind that he doesn’t realize she’s been irresponsible.
A few steps further, Teyssier congratulates his brigade. While they hoped to rest all weekend, the manager tells them that the restaurant will be open the next day. Some students may revolt, but Teyssier leaves them no choice. A decision that does not please Constance at all, which signals her husband that they are exhausted. In reality, Emmanuel feels guilty about what happened and tries by all means to make amends by helping his students. After reassuring him, Constance takes him warmly in her arms.
Salomé then confides in Rose and Guillaume about Louis’s attitude. To the extent that she fears he will turn everyone against her, Rose declares that he will eventually calm down.
At the end of the day, Louis gets a call from the hospital. Even if his mother’s health is stable, he imagines the worst. Indeed, Louis has spent the past few hours researching the Internet and fears possible neurological consequences if she was left in a coma for too long. Louis then vows to make Salome pay for everything she’s done.
ANAÏS LEARNS A SHOCKING NEWS
In the hospital, Anaïs and Kelly share the same room. Meanwhile, Lisandro visits his partner to bring her some supplies because the doctors want to keep her under observation due to a risk of concussion.
For her part, Kelly is visited by Lionel and Laetitia. Because she suffers from a complex fracture of the tibia, she will need surgery. While Lionel and Laetitia fear she’ll lose the use of her leg, Kelly looks quite serene for the future.
At the end of the day, Anaïs is visited by the doctor who tells her news that will turn her life upside down. She is pregnant !
